Delivery & Returns Policy


Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then despatch your goods for delivery. If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through an email and issue a refund right away.

Standard delivery £3.95 Royal Mail tracked (2-5 working days, bank holidays may vary)

Special delivery £7.95 Next Day Guaranteed, when ordered before 12pm (Monday – Friday).


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box). The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway and you must complete the returns form.  We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product.  Returns can also be taken back to our store but you must take proof of purchase when returning items.


If you wish to exchange your purchase please complete the returns form which has been provided to you within the shoe box and give full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

All shoe and foot care products are non returnable. Also sale items are non returnable.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/sequins/ jewels of some products, some beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.

Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.
